Which column gets translated?

We translate the first column of your CSV (column A). Translation columns are appended to the right of your existing data — one new column per target language.

Does the CSV need a header row?

No — a header row is optional. If your first row contains a column label, it will be translated along with the rest of the data. We recommend keeping headers short to avoid any ambiguity.

Why is the limit 5 languages per job?

It keeps job processing time fast and predictable. Need more than 5? Simply run a second job with the same file — credits are calculated per word per language, so the cost is identical.

What happens to empty cells and non-text columns?

Empty cells are skipped — you're not charged for them and the output cell stays empty. All columns beyond column A are passed through completely unchanged.

Do you handle HTML tags or template placeholders inside cells?

Yes. We detect HTML tags and template placeholders like {name}, %s, or {{variable}} — and instruct the AI to leave them untouched. Only the human-readable text gets translated.
